AHP Capital Management GmbH was established in Frankfurt am Main to help asset managers, compliance teams, and distributors make sense of a fragmented regulatory landscape.
Our origin
Formed by practitioners tired of scattered guidance
AHP Capital Management GmbH began as an internal documentation project inside a Frankfurt fund administration group. What started as an internal reference library for cross-border notification requirements grew into a standalone platform once colleagues at other firms began asking to use it.
Today the company operates as a dedicated information and coordination resource, publishing summaries, checklists, and explanatory notes for asset managers who work across multiple EU jurisdictions.
How we work
Three principles guide everything we publish
Neutrality
We do not distribute, market, or receive compensation for any specific fund, manager, or provider. Our material is written to inform, not to promote.
Traceability
Where we summarise a rule or requirement, we aim to point back to the underlying framework so readers can verify it against the primary source.
Currency
Regulatory frameworks change. We review published material on a rolling basis and mark pages that may need a second look.
